Oasis
Oasis aims to support children with emotional behavioural difficulties or forensic backgrounds, many of whom will have experienced breakdown in previous placements. All Oasis homes are small, 3 bed homes, operating a trauma informed model of care, ensuring our young people feel emotionally safe and are able to build trusting relationships.
Hive
Hive is a cluster of therapeutic residential care homes, specialising in sexual trauma, including CSE, CSA and HSB. All adults are trained in a trauma informed model of care , ensuring that every interaction has therapeutic intent. We offer children and young people a multi-disciplinary team (MDT) support programme to enable them to succeed and achieve.
Nurture
Nurture is our hub of homes for children and young people with EBD or forensic backgrounds, including younger children who may not be ready for family based care right now and may have experienced multiple placement breakdown. They may have high level emotional needs and be at risk of episodes of going missing.

Our mission is to make every day better for the young people who live in our residential homes and for the staff who work in them.
Our approach is grounded in the lived experience of the children and young people we support and by valuing their contribution and as experts by experience, we ensure the services they receive are personal to them. Our community-based residential homes provide person-centred care that focuses on maximising independence, building everyday living skills and empowering people to live as fulfilled lives as possible.
