Learning & Development

We truly believe that working with children is a skilled profession, and requires the highest levels of training and professional development.  Our years of experience have taught us that training is not all classroom based, and so we have a combination of face-to-face training, online courses, on-the-job training, and continuous supervision and development.

Your Chapter is a profitable, successful organisation led by an experienced and stable senior management team.

We continue to invest heavily in developing both current and future managers, providing them with the skills to build great teams focused on delivering truly great care. Our employees say they feel trusted and respected by their manager and they feel confident in their leadership.
