Endeavour house school; was nominated and achieved the Virtual School, ‘Best Practice Award’ by Phillipa Walker!
This award recognises that Personal Education Plans were submitted to the Virtual School to a high standard and helped pupils make progress at school. It also recognises that Endeavour House School has attended training and is Trauma-informed.
Endeavour House had two pupils from Gloucestershire LA, who were not engaging in school and had below 40% attendance. Both young people did not have any future plans in place. One of the young people achieved his Functional Skills Level 1 and 2 qualifications in maths and English and successfully went on to complete and pass his GCSEs. This young person also secured a place at college on a Level 2 Vocational Studies course and is still attending. The second young person fully attended school and had decided he wanted a career in game design.
Congratulations to Endeavour House!
