The shareholders of Your Chapter Ltd have made the strategic decision to separate its two SEN day schools (Poplar House School in Lytham St Anne’ s and Bridge House School in Stockport) into a stand-alone company, under separate management and under a separate brand. Blazing Stars Education Ltd. will focus on SEN Vocational and Therapeutic Day School Education in the Northwest. It will be led by Linda Simmons who has over 32 years experience in the industry. Your Chapter Ltd retain all its co-located education services, branded as Educ8, along with its specialist residential services.
Speaking on behalf of the Your Chapter, the CEO Brendan Kelly stated “We believe that this separation allows us to further focus on quality and innovation in our respective disciplines. This move is consistent with our founding principles of being geographically concentrated and providing specialist services for Looked-After-Children (therapy, care and education).” Brendan Kelly was appointed CEO of Your Chapter in April 2024 and brings with him 30 years of experience in the specialist care sector.
