As the Registered Homes Manager you are the key individual in upholding the company vision, ethos and values. You will be a strong, visible and inspirational leader for both the children and therapeutic care team. You will work in partnership with all stakeholders to safeguard and promote the welfare of children. You will have budgetary responsibility for your home and also establish robust quality assurance processes to ensure strict adherence to all relevant legislation.
As Home Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home. Ensuring the company policies and procedures are adhered to and your resources are managed effectively and managing the home budget. The first point of contact for any concerns, complaints, or safeguarding issues. Liaising with Local Authorities, School, Health and other professionals to ensure the very best outcomes for the young people we care for.
